Are all your products vegan?
Yes, every single product at Sérénité Soin is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals.

Are your formulas paraben-free?
Yes. All our products are paraben-free and made with carefully selected ingredients.

Do you have products for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin. Always check the ingredients list and do a patch test if you have very sensitive skin.

Shipping & Orders

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer free shipping on all orders over $35.

How long does delivery usually take?
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.


Returns & Customer Service

What is your return policy?
You can return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team and we will send you a return label.

How can I contact you?
Use the contact form on our website or send an email. We usually reply within 24–48 hours on weekdays.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment, but we are working on it. All orders are carefully packed and protected.
